This quick and easy appetiser is deliciously sweet and simply irresistible! Add it to almost any canapé board for a tasty and memorable experience - you won’t regret it!
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
650-950g sausages (cut into 1 inch slices)
2 teaspoons olive oil
4-5 cloves garlic (minced)
In a small bowl combine the honey, soy sauce, ginger, hot sauce, and sesame oil; set aside.
In a large skillet heat the olive oil over medium to medium low heat. Add the sausage and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned.
Add minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add the leftover sauce and cook until bubbly.
Leave to cool slightly and serve
